Reservation Policy 2013

Weekends

• 1 Night Deposit is Required Within 10 Days of Making Reservation.
• 48 Hours cancellation notive is required for a refund.
  (Must call by 2:00 PM 48 hours prior)
• $5.00 processing fee will be deducted per site.
  
• Sites will be considered cancelled at 2:00 PM 24 hours after date reserved for no shows or no notice (No refund even if site is re-booked)
• Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.

Holiday Weekends

• Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day
  
• 3 night minimum stay is required
  
• 2 night deposit is required within 10 days of making reservation.
  
• 14 day cancellation is required for a refund, (Must Call By 2:00 PM 14 days prior)

Halloweens

• All visitors must register upon arrival.

Sites will not be rented to anyone under the age of 21
