A Year of Giving and Sharing at Sun Valley Campsites

Each year the community of friends and family at Sun Valley Campsites pull together to help local and national organizations. The past season of 2012 was the most remarkable season of giving and sharing we have encountered. So many campers have given money, services and support willingly and unselfishly to help those in need.

The American Red Cross was helped with a donation of 45 units of blood including many "double reds".

Over $14500.00 was raised to help the following organizations:

• Honor Flight of Rochester - $7506.00
• Canasarega Fire and Rescue -$7000.00

Route 70 was beautified by "Adopt-A-Highway" of 2 miles of clean up and 1 mile of mowing.

As the owners of Sun Valley Campsites we feel privileged and proud to be a conduit for such a community oriented group of friends to help these organizations. Local businesses should be commended for their donations to help our fund raisers success.
